Extensive  process  quality  system  ensure  strict  adherence  to  the  norms  prescribed.  In-coming raw material or vendor assemblies are subject to stringent quality checks. With long-established vendor base, on-site self check methods are established at the vendor premises itself. Custom-designed, high precision quality jigs are established in-house and at the vendor’s premises to check deviations, if any.

Total Quality Management (TQM) Initiative

Manatec launched the TQM initiative in December 2011 by releasing the TQM Logo & banner during an employee meeting.
TQM steering committee has been formed to drive the TQM initiative.
